Remedo has been featured in numerous programs, highlighting its innovation in healthcare technology. Our impact continues to be recognized across industry-leading platforms.
Dental Smile-Savers, a community-focused dental clinic based in New York, had long prided itself on delivering trusted, patient-first care. But with rising competition and shifting patient behavior toward digital-first decision-making, they began noticing a concerning trend—a sudden dip in conversions despite maintaining the same high standard of in-office care.
Their online presence had been steadily decreasing, likely due to the highly competitive dental market in their region. Both their Facebook and Instagram pages were inactive and outdated, which meant they lacked the visibility and engagement needed to support their brand in today’s social-driven environment.
With minimal content being posted and no consistent voice or strategy in place, the clinic was missing valuable opportunities to connect with potential patients. This was especially concerning given that younger families—their key target audience—spend more time online than ever before.
Without regular updates, engaging visuals, or educational content, their practice was struggling to stay relevant in the minds of digitally active patients.
Realizing that chairside excellence alone was no longer enough, they turned to Remedo. Their goal: build a social media presence that not only reflects their clinical quality and patient values but also sparks awareness, drives engagement, and restores trust where it counts—in the digital spaces their patients rely on most.
Before partnering with Remedo, the client faced several digital marketing roadblocks:
1) Inactive Social Pages: Posts were inconsistent, with long gaps between uploads. Many images were recycled, outdated, or generic.
2) Low Engagement Metrics: Facebook and Instagram had minimal interaction, almost no story views, and no real conversions or inquiries.
3) No Visual Storytelling: Despite being a people-focused clinic, there were no before-and-after photos, team features, or patient success stories being shared.
4) Missing Local Visibility: Their practice wasn’t appearing in relevant community groups or local feed searches.
5) Unoptimized Profiles: Bio sections lacked clarity, business hours were incorrect, and essential contact links were missing.
6) Content Gaps: There were no campaigns built around dental awareness days, no use of polls or reels, and no real attempt at personalized content.
7) Limited Performance Insights: They weren’t tracking what worked—and what didn’t.
It wasn’t just about missing content—it was a lack of direction and voice. Their digital presence felt disconnected from their clinical warmth and quality.
The vision for this project was crystal clear: to make Dental Smile-Savers not just visible but memorable online.
Together, we outlined tangible goals:
1) Activate and Refresh Profiles: Rebrand the Instagram and Facebook pages with updated bios, links, and profile aesthetics.
2) Increase Engagement Rate Month-over-Month: Create content people would actually like, comment on, and share.
3) Create Trust and Human Connection: Use behind-the-scenes content, blog articles, and celebration posts (e.g., birthdays, Mother’s Day) to humanize the brand.
4) Use AI Video and Visual Content: Introduce simple but effective AI-powered dental tips and patient education snippets.
5) Strengthen Local Visibility: Tap into Facebook groups and geo-tagging strategies to grow awareness within a 5-10 mile radius.
6) Leverage Stories and Reels: Begin building a short-form content presence through occasion-based story posts and polls.
7) Build Content Relevance: Incorporate dental health days, trending hashtags, and local events into the monthly plan.
8) Lay the Groundwork for Paid Promotions: Prepare the profiles for future ad-based promotions and inquiry capture.
At Remedo, we took a multi-phased approach to get things moving:

- Posted 4 patient-engagement content pieces + 2 blog highlights in April.
- Shared another 4 posts + 1 blog in May, with themed content around Root Canal Day, Mother’s Day, and Memorial Day.
- Introduced keyword-rich captions and custom hashtags tailored to local search.
