The Challenges

As per our discussion with the client’s team, some of the main issues we identified were:

4) Interactive Stories & Engagement Tools

We then turned to Instagram and Facebook Stories to spark real conversations. We deployed polls, Q&As, and special-occasion story templates to improve engagement.

To widen our net, we also shared top stories in local Springfield community groups, putting the clinic front and center for nearby residents. This two-way engagement boosted their clinic's visibility and made followers feel heard and involved.

5) Review Link Promotion & Cross-Platform Integration
