Remedo has been featured in numerous programs, highlighting its innovation in healthcare technology. Our impact continues to be recognized across industry-leading platforms.

After partnering with Remedo to strengthen local visibility across its Kendall Miami and South Miami locations, Soflo Dental saw a sharp rise in search activity, patient actions, and calls. The South Miami location recorded 40.3% more searches and 41.1% more calls, while the other location saw searches jump +39.1%, and calls increase 44.9%.

SoFlo Dental is a Miami-based dental practice with locations in Kendall, Miami, and South Miami, bringing comprehensive dental care closer to families and patients across the surrounding communities.
Led by a team focused on comfortable, personalized care, the practice covers everything from routine checkups and preventive dentistry to cosmetic, restorative, implant, and emergency treatments.
With a broad range of services under one roof, SoFlo Dental has built its practice around making quality dental care easier to access, from the first appointment to more complex treatment needs.
An established Miami dental practice approached Remedo to strengthen its local search presence across its Kendall, Miami, and South Miami locations. SoFlo Dental was competing for attention in two busy local markets, where patients had plenty of nearby dental options, and its broad range of treatments was not consistently showing up for the searches that mattered most.
Kendall and South Miami also had different local search opportunities, making a one-size-fits-all strategy less likely to deliver meaningful results. We focused on understanding what patients searched for in each market, identifying where SoFlo Dental was being overlooked, and strengthening its presence across Google Search and Maps.
We started with a detailed analysis of Google Business Profile performance, local keyword rankings, website content, location signals, and search visibility across both locations. This helped us pinpoint the gaps holding each market back and build a focused local SEO strategy around the services, searches, and communities most relevant to SoFlo Dental.
1. Local Visibility Dropped Outside the Immediate Area
During our discussion and a deeper look at the local search results, one issue became pretty clear: visibility was strongest close to the practice and became less reliable as the search moved into nearby areas. That matters in a market like Miami, where patients have plenty of dental offices to choose from. Someone a few miles away could be looking for a dentist and still have no reason to come across the practice.
2. High-Intent Treatment Searches Were Being Missed
The same pattern showed up when we looked beyond broad dentist searches. People were searching for things like dental crowns, veneers, bridges, cleanings, and emergency dentistry, but those searches were not consistently bringing the practice into view. These are the searches that can come from someone who already knows what treatment they need, so missing them meant missing some very relevant local traffic.
3. Service Pages Were Not Built Around Local Search Demand
A closer look at the website showed that the treatment pages were doing a decent job of explaining the services, but they were not always written around what people in the area were actually searching for. The local side of the story was missing in places. Pages needed to make a stronger connection between the treatment, the location, and the reason a nearby patient would choose that practice.
4. Google Business Profiles Needed Deeper Local Optimisation
The Google Business Profiles had the basic information in place, but there was much more that could be done with them. Services, descriptions, service areas, photos, Q&As, and regular posts were not being used as consistently as they could have been. Looking at the profiles alongside the search results made it clear that the local listings needed to play a bigger part in bringing nearby patients to the practice.
5. Review Growth Was Too Inconsistent
The existing reviews gave the practice a good starting point. Kendall had 233 reviews with a 4.8-star rating, while South Miami had 179 reviews with a 5-star rating. The bigger issue was what happened next. There wasn't a consistent flow of new reviews coming in, which meant that strong patient feedback was not being built on month after month. In local search, that steady activity matters just as much as having a good rating in the first place.
6. Local Business Signals Needed Stronger Technical Support
As we worked through the website and local listings together, there were also some smaller technical pieces that needed attention. Schema markup, page structure, metadata, the link between the website and Google Business Profiles, and other on-page details were not all telling the same clear story. Tightening those pieces would make it easier for search engines to understand the different locations, the services offered, and where each practice was actually serving patients.
After the audit, we had a much clearer picture of what needed attention. The work focused on tightening the local presence, improving the pages that mattered most, and making sure the website and Google Business Profiles were working together rather than as separate pieces.

Through a focused local SEO strategy, the two Miami locations built stronger visibility across Google Search and Maps. The work helped the practices show up more consistently for local dentist and treatment searches, bringing more nearby patients into the picture when they were actively looking for dental care.
